Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about visiting the exhibition.

Can tickets be purchased in advance?

Yes, tickets can be conveniently purchased from Tikketi’s online store or sales points. Tickets are also available at the entrance on the day of the exhibition, so advance tickets are not required.

How can I order group tickets for the exhibition?

Group tickets (for 20 or more people) can be ordered through Tiketti or by emailing us toimisto@rloevents.fi.

What payment methods can I use to pay for my tickets at Classic Motorshow?

In addition to cash, all common cards are accepted at the ticket counters, including debit cards, Visa, and Mastercard. If you have employer-provided cultural benefits (e.g., Edenred, Smartum, or similar cards), you can use them when purchasing tickets through Tiketti but not at the ticket counters.

It’s still a good idea to bring some cash for other purchases.

Where is the nearest ATM located?

The nearest ATM is located in Lahti city center (Aleksanterinkatu 8), about one kilometer from the Exhibition Center.

What kind of dining services are available at Lahti Classic Motorshow?

During the event, visitors can enjoy a variety of restaurant and café services.

Restaurant Koti serves all guests on the 2nd floor of the Exhibition Center, accessible via stairs and elevator from the lobby, and by stairs from Hall B. Look for more here.

How is accessibility accommodated at Lahti Exhibition and Convention Centre?

All services at Lahti Exhibition and Convention Centre are accessible to visitors with mobility and functional impairments. We aim to serve all user groups as equally as possible.

The facilities comply with SRMK F1 and G1 standards for accessibility.

Parking at the Exhibition Centre is free of charge for vehicles displaying disabled permits. There are designated disabled parking spots near the main entrance, and the number of these spots has been increased specifically for Classic Motorshow. Taxis can drive directly to the main entrance of Lahti Exhibition Centre.

A disabled visitor’s assistant can enter the event free of charge when the visitor purchases their own ticket. An assistant is defined as a companion who helps the disabled person with daily activities. Guide dogs are allowed at the event.

Lahti Exhibition Centre has accessible restrooms.

Wheelchairs are available to borrow during the event from the information desk. Wheelchairs cannot be reserved in advance.

How much does cloakroom service cost?

Cloakroom service at Classic Motorshow is free of charge.

Can I bring a dog to the exhibition?

You can bring a small, well-behaved dog that behaves reliably in crowds. Please remember that the dog is always the responsibility of its owner at the event and must be kept on a leash.
